The Bat Company is proud to announce its establishment of traveling baseball teams for the 2013 season. Factual Sports, Marucci Bat Manufacturer and The Bat Company have teamed up to provide the ultimate baseball experience for young men in the Northwest. In 2013 the Bat Company Baseball will comprise of teams from the 10U through 14U level. The Bat Company will also be putting together two 16U Showcase teams for the summer as well, with more information regarding them coming soon.
With the competitive nature of traveling baseball these days, The Bat Company sees it as a necessity to conduct tryouts as soon as possible to assure that each team gets the best player's available. The table below includes which team's will be participating in the 2013 season with The Bat Company and which respective days and times tryouts will be held:

We are expecting a LARGE TURNOUT so PLEASE CALL Mike McCormack at 503-939-2677 and RSVP for tryouts at your age group.
Each team will carry at least 13 players and have two coaches hand picked by The Bat Company staff to ensure continuity throughout the entire Bat Company academy.
Player fees for each individual will begin at $1,950 and will not exceed $2,500. Included in the cost of these fees are:
- 12 traveling tournaments consisting of at least 50 games and ensuring exposure to some of the best talent in the Northwest
- 2 weekly practices beginning in December and continuing through the summer of 2013
- A Marucci Team bat (retail of $200)
- Full uniform
- Coaching stipend and travel
- Use of the the Bat Company facility and exclusive priority of private instruction calendar
The tryouts will be held at the Bat Company facility located at 19356 SW Mohave Ct. Tualatin, OR 97062 (near the Dutch Bros off Tualatin/Sherwood road). Please bring a completed registration and release form to tryouts which can be found here.
